Well maybe not back, you have to be here in the first place to be back.  I broke down and used the e-mail feedback link despite my moral objections to it's existence, and guess what happened...  My feedback got sucked into the SPAM FILTER!  E-mail does not work for important feedback!

All this isn't to say that Profy has bad customer service,  I got an e-mail once the spam filter was checked with an apology and a promise to pass the problem onto the developers.  I didn't get a response telling me that the problem was fixed yet.  Still, here's the blog so problem solved!
