The 404 error when i try to access my blog is not inspiring a lot of confidence, perhaps it takes a while to create the site from the first post?  I don't recall being warned about that so let's check out the bug reporting / feedback feature with the handy red link on the top right of the profy admin panel...

Good placement, horrible execution.  The link i just mentioned is a mailto: link.  If I click that thing then my outlook is going to try and open and I don't use outlook for e-mail!  I don't like mailto links and I think they're a really bad idea for bug and feedback requests.   Those need to be handled in the app through a form, if you're really doing it right that will be pulled into resolution system for storing the history and making completion status.  Everyone lets e-mail slide at some point or another a good bug tracking system makes that less likely.

As a beta tester I'm expecting bugs and to give feedback in exchange for early access, but I'm unless I'm really interested in your product I'm not going to go to too much trouble so make it easier!
